Mr. Toshihiro Toyoshima, Representative Director, Mercuria Holdings Co., Ltd.

Biography:
He joined the Development Bank of Japan (“DBJ”) in 1985. He served as the head of the Growth and Cross-Border Investment Group and as a Senior Private Sector Specialist at the World Bank.
After 2005, he joined AD Capital (now Mercuria Investment) as a founding member in charge of growth investment at DBJ, and was appointed as Representative Director in 2008. He has been leading the development of Mercuria.
At DBJ, he launched real estate securitization, PFI, and turnaround operations, and at the World Bank, he was involved in the privatization of state-owned enterprises in African countries.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tokyo and a Master of Urban Planning in Real Estate from the MIT Department of Urban Planning.
